However, due to the nature of many of our items, we cannot accept returns for most products
once they are opened or used. Please carefully review our return policy below:
1. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all personal care, wellness, and hygiene-related products
are non-returnable once opened. This includes but is not limited to:
– Sanitary pads
– Perineal packs
– Teas
– Underwear
– Personal care products (e.g., lotions, oils, etc.)
– Wellness products (e.g., supplements, consumables)
– Products intended for one-time use
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
– Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item.
– We will offer you a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item, depending on the
situation.
3. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect. If you wish to exchange a product
for a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
4. Refund Process
– Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items and will be processed within 7-10
business
days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
